1. The service
SpyApp provides free, automated analysis of uploaded files (including Android APKs) and publishes the resulting reports, community votes and comments. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. No guarantee — informational use only
Scan verdicts are produced by automated systems and community input. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. A "Safe" verdict means no known threat indicators were found — it is not a guarantee that a file is harmless, and a "Malware" verdict is not a legal determination. You remain responsible for what you install on your devices.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload files you have the right to submit.
- Do not use the service to test, tune or improve malware against detection.
- Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Comments must not contain harassment, personal data of others, or unlawful content; we may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts.
4. Uploaded files
By uploading a file you grant us a license to store, analyze and share it with security partners as a threat-research sample, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, design and reports are owned by SpyApp or its licensors. App names and trademarks appearing in reports belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including damage caused by software you chose to install.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
